§ 10-3. Boundary lines of lots constitute lawful fences as to horses, mules, cattle, hogs, sheep and goats.

The boundary line of each lot or tract of land within the county is hereby declared to be a lawful fence as to any or all horses, mules, cattle, hogs, sheep and goats.
