§ 10-3. Boundary lines of lots constitute lawful fences as to horses, mules, cattle, hogs, sheep and goats.

  • The boundary line of each lot or tract of land within the county is hereby declared to be a lawful fence as to any or all horses, mules, cattle, hogs, sheep and goats.
