§ 10-4. Action by county health director upon suspicion of animal disease.

  • The county health director, when having reason to suspect that any infectious or contagious disease may exist among domestic animals or poultry within any area of the county, shall promptly notify the state veterinarian of his suspicion, and the reasons therefor, and request him to take action as prescribed in Code of Virginia, § 3.2-6000 et seq.
